Customers and providers can report concerns. Onelacks can record cases, restrict accounts, block contact, and preserve an audit trail for review.
Onelacks does not currently advertise a platform-funded insurance policy, property-damage guarantee, money-back guarantee, or around-the-clock support service.
Verification status is not a warranty. For regulated or higher-risk work, independently verify required licenses, permits, bonding, and insurance before the task begins.
