    Accessibility

How we work toward a more accessible Onelacks

    Our commitment to accessibility

At Onelacks, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards to ensure our platform is accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities or the technologies they use.

    Accessibility work in progress

    Keyboard navigation

    • Expand keyboard access across booking and account flows
    • Maintain skip navigation links
    • Review focus visibility as interactive elements change

    Visual accessibility goals

    • Run contrast checks as pages and components change
    • Improve layouts for text resizing and narrow screens
    • Review alternative text for meaningful service imagery

    Screen reader support goals

    • Strengthen semantic HTML structure
    • Review labels and descriptions on interactive controls
    • Maintain a clear heading hierarchy

    Cognitive accessibility goals

    • Use clear and simple language
    • Keep navigation and layout consistent
    • Error prevention and clearer error messages as flows are reviewed

    Browser compatibility

We test toward compatibility with common assistive technologies, including:

    • Screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
    • Speech recognition software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking)
    • Screen magnification software
    • Alternative input devices

Core flows are tested in current major browsers. Compatibility can vary by browser, device and assistive technology.

    Ongoing accessibility efforts

We are continuously working to improve accessibility:

    • 1.Continue accessibility reviews and testing
    • 2.Improve team guidance on accessibility practices
    • 3.Incorporate user feedback into improvements
    • 4.Seek specialist review before making a conformance claim

    Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may still have limitations:

    • Some third-party content may not be fully accessible
    • Older PDF documents may lack proper tagging
    • Some interactive maps may have limited keyboard navigation

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all areas.

    Compliance status

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This statement is not a certification, and a complete independent accessibility audit is still required before making a conformance claim.
