What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Document the issue, do not approve the work until you have inspected it, and contact support with the task or booking reference. Onelacks does not advertise a money back guarantee.

How do payments work?

Card details are handled by Stripe. Payment authorization, capture, refund, and status are tied to the booking lifecycle; review the displayed amount before confirming.
